Request Event 停车

A 停车 Services Special Event Coordinator is available to assist with all of your 停车 requests 和 will provide you with a 停车 quote for your event. All quotes are based on your initial request. 关注你的活动, your 停车 usage will be reconciled 和 customers will only be charged for the actual vehicle spaces used on the day of the event.

There are 2 types of 停车 you may request:

1. PDF Permits - A half day permit (less than 4 hours) is $10 per permit. A full day permit (4 or more hours) is $14 per permit.
   • All event rates increased in FY2024. Full day event 停车 increased from $10 to $14 和 half day event 停车 increased from $8 to $10.
   • The increase took effect on July 1, 2023. The new rates were approved by the Chancellor 和 Board of Trustees (BOT).
   • Event 停车 rates last increased on July 1, 2018.
   • There is no increase in paid visitor 停车 rates in FY24. The rate remains $2 per hour.
2. Attendant 停车 - Provided by a 停车 Services Special Event Coordinator or third party vendor. 费率可能有所不同

A PDF Permit allows access to Gated Lots 和 is the recommended permit for any event where you expect more than 10 attendees. Guests can be emailed their permit 和 print them from home. 在到达时, the guest will scan the bar code of the printed permit 和 then display the permit on their dashboard.
